A rounded bristle toothbrush can be helpful to brush your teeth with braces. Get soft bristles and a small headed toothbrush so you can even get those hard to reach places, and avoid causing undue pressure on your braces. Be sure to use a fluoridated toothpaste approved by the ADA.
