Dr. Christina Lieng

Dr. Christina Lieng graduated from the University of Houston where she received her Bachelors Degree in Human Nutrition and Food Sciences. Afterwards, she attended University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio School of Dentistry and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with Distinction in Dental Research.

Dr. Lieng’s passion for dentistry stems from her love for art and building relationships with others in the community. As a dentist, she likes the ability to remove pain, improve confidence, and enhance the quality of life through restoring the esthetics, oral health, and function of her patients’ smiles. Dr. Lieng’s research was in partnership with community health workers to bring dental education to rural communities. She believes that empathy, education, and comprehensive, quality care is the path to reduce dental disparities and impart sustainable improvement in oral health.

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Lieng loves to create art, cook, and try new restaurants. She likes to spend time with her family, friends, and her puppy, Eevee.
